SeaWorldOrlando has just officially revealed the name and some details of its next major attraction, Expedition Odyssey, which is set to debut in Spring 2025. Promising an unprecedented Arctic expedition, this ride will blend cutting-edge technology with real-world video footage, delivering an immersive experience that transports guests into the heart of one of Earth’s most extreme environments.

More than just a ride, Expedition Odyssey is a first-of-its-kind adventure that pushes the boundaries of theme park innovation. Featuring a state-of-the-art dynamic motion system, the attraction will allow guests to glide, dive and soar through a breathtaking Arctic landscape. Riders will navigate powerful currents, dodge towering icebergs and race alongside majestic marine life, all while feeling as if they are truly part of the environment. 

Expedition Odyssey truly stands out through its use of real-world footage captured specifically for this attraction. Using pioneering underwater cinematography and advanced filming techniques, an award-winning production team ventured into remote Arctic regions to document the area’s most iconic wildlife.
